Terms of Service
Last updated · August 2026
These Terms govern your use of realmless.com and related enquiries to Realmless. By using this site you agree to them. This page is a working draft for the website redesign and will be finalised with legal counsel before launch.
Who we are
Realmless is a full-service events, production and media group operating Corporate (Create, Capture, Connect) and Private (Conceive, Compose, Convene) registers.
For enquiries: info@realmless.com.
Using this website
Content on this site is for general information and portfolio presentation. It does not constitute an offer, contract, or professional advice unless we agree that in writing.
You must not misuse the site (including scraping, attempting unauthorised access, or republishing private materials).
Intellectual property
Films, stills, text, branding, and design on this site are owned by Realmless or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially reuse them without prior written permission.
Client brands and third-party marks appear for attribution only and remain the property of their respective owners.
Private work and confidentiality
Private-register work is shared by introduction only. Requesting access does not entitle you to case studies. Any materials we share under NDA or introduction remain confidential.
Enquiries and briefs
Submitting a contact or access form is an enquiry, not a booking. Project terms, fees, and deliverables are set out in a separate agreement if we proceed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Realmless is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
